Bienvenidos a la clase de Español I. This is your first high school credit bearing course. At the end of the year during Regents Week, you will have to take the Proficiency Exam. Passing this exam and the course will earn you a full high school credit for graduation. If you need extra help this year, please work on the website below. It will provide excellent practice and it also contains quizzes and tests that you can take to see how well you are doing. Homework assignments for the week can be found at the bottom of this page. How will you find the topic we are working on? If it is verbs (regular, irregular, stem changing, reflexive) go to VERB DRILLS under the CURRICULUM section of the top margin. Find the verb group we are studying, and practice those. If it is a grammar topic, go to GRAMMAR under the CURRICULUM section of the top margin. Find the topic we are working on in class, in your notes, or in the textbook. If it is specific vocabulary you are trying to practice, go to VOCABULARY under the CURRICULUM section of the top margin. Find the topic that we are covering. Please be advised that these lists are NOT based on the specific vocabulary we are learning in class.
