Welcome to Mrs. Austin's Kindergarten Class! I am very excited to be the
selected teacher for your family to work with this year. This is the ninth
year that I've been teaching here at Allegany Elementary...What a wonderful
Elementary School! I'm a graduate of Allegany-Limestone and St. Bonaventure
University. From there, I went to Fredonia State College and received a
master's degree in Reading. As many of you already know, my husband is one
of the Physical Education teachers here at A.E.S.! We have three beautiful
children, Cameron, Kelsea and Mikaela, and two Bichon Frise puppies, named
Lacey & Lily. It will be a pleasure for me to work with you and your family
this year. If you have any questions along the way, please feel free to

together all year long, completing various tasks/projects/activities. As
AES students, all of the children are expected to follow the same set of
guidelines (which can be found in the Student Handbook that comes home on
the first day of every school year - From Mrs. Austin). The students will
be held accountable for their own decisions, and they will be encouraged to
make the best ones possible."
