How can I assist at home in keeping my child active and healthy?
Simply allowing your child time to play outside is the first big step in developing a physically fit child. Children need to play! Make sure they have time everyday to get out and just play. Also, limit the amount of time that they watch TV and play video games. Healthy snacks are a must as well. Monitor what they are eating for lunch everyday at school.Back to Top
