About The Teacher

This is my 8th year teaching at Arlington High School.  I have taught 
Environmental Science, Regents Biology A, Regents Biology, Honors Biology 
Foundations of  Chemical Science, and Academic Intervention.

I have a B.S. degree in Biology and Environmental Science from East 
Stroudsburg University in East Stroudsburg, PA.  I have a M.A. in Biology 
from West Chester University, West Chester, PA.
 
I am married and have two children, a dog and a cat.

My hobbies include reading, bird watching, doing puzzles, hand-stamping 
greeting cards, cooking, gardening and traveling to the National Parks.

Mission For The Class

My misson for my classes is to encourage students to embrace science with a 
positive attitude, and in the process learn how to work cooperately and 
respectfully in small groups, and with the teacher.
