| Ms. Taravella has worked in the Arlington Central School
District since 1979. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree at the Crane School of
Music at SUNY Potsdam. Her Master’s Degree is from SUNY New Paltz. Over the
years, Ms. Taravella has taught at Titusville Middle School, Beekman
Elementary, LaGrange Elementary, Arthur S. May Elementary, LaGrange Middle
School and, now, at LaGrange Middle School. Ms. Taravella is a Bassist.
Her favorite hobbies include: playing in orchestra, reading, camping, working
in the garden and cross-stitch. Ms. Taravella loves adventures. She adores
traveling. New York City is one of her favorite destinations. Concerts,
museums, plays, musicals and historical walks are some of her “big” city
activities. In the Hudson Valley, Ms. T. loves to takes walks at the Morse
Mansion, Vanderbuilt Mansion, FDR Home/Library, and Vassar College. She has a
24 speed bicycle and rides it all over the place – even to do her food shopping!
Ms. Taravella has a husband (Mr. Snellman), 3 daughters, 1 grand-daughter and
a beagle named Camie. Ms. Taravella loves her work at LMS.
