About The Teacher
Hello Everyone - and thank you for checking our team website. Throughout the school year this is the place to look for any team events and information. We are a team that stresses personal responsibility and we look forward to a successful school year.

Mission
Our Team has several goals and ideas to help create an atmosphere where students, parents,and teachers work together and learn from each other. 1. We are a "DEAR" (Drop Everything And Read) Team. Students should always have a book of their choice to read. We hope to help students develop a passion for reading. 2. All of the Team teachers are available after school for extra help on each Wednesday. 3. If a student turns in a graded assignment late, parents will be asked to sign a "Late Assignment" sheet. This will help keep parents informed of student progress and help us to be proactive to make sure students do not fall too far behind. 4. We will continue to use TeacherWeb to maintain daily communication about classroom events, homework, projects, etc. 5. Each student has a "Grade Report Sheet" to keep track of their grades. Please look at this regularly to prevent surprises on the Progress Reports or Report Cards. 6. We will be available to meet with parents on PTA nights (the second Wednesday of each month), from 6-7:00 PM. Please come and see us to discuss your student's progress and then hear about LMS news by attending the PTA meeting. 7. We have some great trips that we are considering . . . more details will be provided at a later time. Some fundraising may be necessary.
