About The Teacher
My name is Scott Carruthers.I was born in Scotland and lived there until 1984 when I married my wonderful American wife and moved to the Hudson Valley.This is my 19th year with Arlington School District.I completed my BSW at Marist and then went to Fordham for my Masters in Social Work.I have two children one is a senior at Spackenkill HS and my son is a Sophmore at Villanova.Outside of school I referee soccer/lacrosse/baseball and I love to cook and read.Our whole family are hugh Phillies fans and our goal is to visit all 30 stadiums...so far we have made it to 22!
