How do I know how to do this lab write up?

Look for your Lab Write Up Guide Sheet in your binder. 
It will tell you the steps and order in writing the report.  
Also, 
you will find the information for each lab on the sheet you used 
in class to do the experiment(s)
while doing the lab.
