Third grade is a great adventure full of ecitement. I have taught third and
fourth grades for 25 years. In November 2003 I became a National Board
Certified Teacher as a Middle Childhood Generalist. I especially enjoy using
technology for instruction and practice.
I have lived in Dutchess County for 18 years. I have one seventh grade
daughter and a dog named Freckles. I enjoy sewing, crafts, using the computer and home renovations.
I've recently become interested in looking at the world differently through ecosystem studies.
Room 17 is a place where children work and play cooperatively to achieve and
support eachother as learners.
