How often should I study for chemistry?

You should study your notes and material from class every night.  It is very 
difficult to progress in this class if you haven't retain the information!  
The more you review, the more you will remember in June!

How is my grade calculated?

Your grade is based on a variety of assessments.  The main portion of your 
average will consist of your test and quiz average.  Homework, classwork, 
lab reports, and participation are also included.

What should I do if I an absent or plan on being absent?

You should be sure to inform the teacher about a planned absence so that 
missed material could be given to you in advance.  If you are absent you are 
still responsible in submitting homework that was due on the day you return.
