~Our Concert Time Changed for June 4th! The concert will not begin until 7:30pm, students will not need to get to school until 7:20, to begin warming up at 7:30.~NYSSMA Majors Reminders: -Date: Thursday, May 31st @ 9:00am. If you are interested in attending you can find more information and directions to Spackenkill High School to the left under band documents. -A mandatory afterschool dress rehearsal will take place on Wednesday, May 30th until 3:30 for all 7th grade band students.~Summer Band information went home. Please let me know if you have any questions or need another copy of the registration form. ~On Friday, June 1st the New Orleans Brass Band, "Bonerama" will be at AHS. This group has been featured several times in the HBO series "Treme", and have been touring the country relentlessly performing at big-time jazz festivals. They will be hosting a clinic/master class for students @ 3pm with a concert to follow at 7pm. Paperwork went home and you can also find it under band documents to your left. Hope to see you there!!!!
