Progress Reports are issued mid-marking, between the four quarterly Report Cards. So every five weeks you will be receiving an official update on your son/daughter's progress from the school.  Every five weeks, you will also receive a brief note from me specifically about your son/daughter's progress.  If you would like to communicate via e-mail, please e-mail me at pshanny@acsdny.org, and I will respond.  All staff at ACSD may be reached in the same way, first letter of first name and last name up to seven letters. 
Please expect your son/daughter to do his/her best, "passing" should not be the criterion for success. Good behavior should be expected of all students.
