The 2009-10 school year is Mrs. Rice's 16th year of teaching. The last 13
years have been at the high school.

Early Childhood Education -
The goal of the class is to give students a
better understanding of their career path. At the end of the year, each
student should know if they want a career working or related to children.
Each student will have roughly 5 teaching experiences with preschool
children. This includes creating a lesson, writing a lesson plan, and
teaching it.
Parenting -
The goal of this class is to give students a better
understanding of the job and responsibility of being a parent.
Life Span Studies
The goal of this class is to give students a better understanding of how a
person grows in all 4 types of developments.
