Attention ski club members; our next ski trip will be Saturday (2/6) to
Belleayre Mountain. Remember, drop off is at LMS at 6:30 AM, pick up is at
LMS at 5:30 PM. Please note the time change from the previous two trips.
All lift tickets (Students and Adults) will cost $ 20.00 and will come with a
complimentary lesson. The ticket price is lower than what is listed in the
informational packet, please note the change ($ 20.00). You must bring the
exact amount in cash to purchase a ticket.

SPRING SPORTS & HEALTH APPRAISAL REQUIREMENTS
Boys:
Baseball
Track
Girls:
Soccer
Softball
Track
Any student who wishes to participate in any of the interscholastic sports
above must have a sports-oriented physical examination and evaluation; this
exam
is valid for one year. A student’s initial physical for sports must be
performed by the school examiner. Any subsequent sports physical done outside
the school must receive prior authorization from the Health Office.
Physicals for spring sports are scheduled to begin the week of February
14th. Students may check the lists posted throughout the school to determine
their need for a sports physical. To arrange a sports physical in school: 1)
Students should pick up the Athletic Health History form at the Health
Office; it is available online at,

2) This needs to be completed and signed by a parent/guardian. 3) Return the
form to the Health Office as soon as possible and no later than Wednesday,
