Every part of our day
P.R.I.D.E. is the way our entire school learns, practices and celebrates
respect, responsibility and consideration. Titusville teachers and staff
work with students to learn expectations and procedures for using the
hallway, bathroom, playground and cafeteria. Each month the entire school
focuses on a theme to help students understand why these expectations and
procedures are important. Our monthly school meetings allow us to celebrate
our appreciations and accomplishments for each theme. By having the entire
school work together on P.R.I.D.E., we have fewer behavior problems and more
time spent on learning.
P.R.I.D.E. is an ongoing process at our school. It teaches students that
the
expectations for behavior are the same in all areas of Titusville
Intermediate School as well as in other areas of life.
