Mr. Harper received his Bachelors degree from SUNY Potsdam in 2000 and received his Masters Degree from The University of Oklahoma in 2003.  He currently teaches strings at UVMS, LMS, and AHS during the course of the week.  The best way to reach Mr. Harper  is at  JHARPER@ACSDNY.ORG.
