My name is Scott Carruthers.I was born in Scotland and lived there
until 1984 when I married my wonderful American wife and moved to the Hudson
Valley.This is my 17th year with Arlington School District.I completed my BSW
at Marist and then went to Fordham for my Masters in Social Work.I have two
great children who are in 10th and 12th grade in Spackenkill.I love to
travel home to Scotland,play golf,cook,read and referee soccer.My whole
family are avid baseball fans we are attempting to visit every major league
stadium before our son graduates from High School,so far we have made it to
19!But the team we root for are The World Champion Phillies!
My mission is to provide a safe educational space for children to come and
openly express themselves about anything that is on their mind.
