A FILM OR VIDEO RECORDING
A film entry usually begins with the title, underlined, and includes the 
director, the distributor, and the year of release.  You may include other data 
that seems pertinent-such as the names of the writer, performers, and producer.  
Put these between the title and the distributor.
Example:

It's a Wonderful Life.  Dir. Frank Capra. Perf. James Stewart, Donna Reed, 
Lionel Barrymore, and 
          
     Thomas Mitchell. RKO, 1946.

Cite a videocassette, DVD, laser disc, slide program, or filmstrip like a film, 
but include the original release date (if relevant) and the medium (ex: DVD, 
Videocassette) neither underlined nor enclosed in quotation marks, before the 
name of the distributor.

Example:
Title.  Principal creator. Significant performers. Format. Company, date.

It's a Wonderful Life.  Dir. Frank Capra. Perf. James Stewart, Donna Reed, 
Lionel Barrymore, and 
           
     Thomas Mitchell.  1946. DVD. Republic, 2001.

AN INTERVIEW
To cite an interview that you conducted, give the name of the person 
interviewed, the kind of interview (Personal interview, Telephone interview, E-
mail interview), and the date or dates.

Harper, Patricia. Personal interview. 18 Sept. 2001.
:
Poussaint, Ann F. Telephone interview.  10 Dec. 1998.

CITING ELECTRONIC PUBLICATIONS
Internet Sites
Take the author's name directly from the document; state the full title of the 
document, enclosed in quotation marks.  If no author's name is available, begin 
the entry with the title of the document in quotes.
