What if my child wakes up and doesn't feel well enough to participate in P.E.?

You should send them to school with a note saying you would like for them to
sit out of PE. Notes from home are good for one day only. If your child
needs to sit out longer, they should have a note from his/her doctor. If
they come to school without a note from home and they say that they are
unable to participate, I usually will ask your child to just try their best.

What if my child gets injured at home the night before?

If you feel as though their injury may prevent them from participating in
P.E. any longer than 1 class, they should be brought to a doctor and a note
from the doctor should be sent to school. If it is just one day, you can just
write them a note. If there is no note, they will be asked to participate.
