This is my tenth year in the Brinckerhoff community. I taught third grade
most of my time here at Brinckerhoff, but I have taught second grade as well.
I am looking forward to the school year, teaching second grade and preparing
the children for the third grade curriculum. We will have a busy, fun, and
exciting year.
I enjoy using technology in the classroom and incorporate its use in all
subject areas in the computer lab, using the laptops, and through many
SmartBoard activities that I have found and/or developed. Our class will be
getting a SmartBoard this year.
I am Nationally Board Certified Teacher.
I am married and my husband and I have three grown children who have attended
Wappingers Schools.
My mission, is to teach all children, not only the standards set forth by the
district, but to also become independent learners, so they may better succeed
in all areas of education.
