For US History & Gov't. you need:
   
   Buy a Notebook just for US History & Gov't (with LOTS of paper!)
   
   Pens (lots!)
   
   #2 pencils (for scantron tests only)

You may buy a review book (they are extremely useful): just be sure 
it is for U.S. History & Government (NOT JUST "US History"). Any 
book you want to use is fine- these will not be used in class (you 
will use them at home to study from).
