Journalism is a senior elective.
Purpose: To expose students to different styles of journalism and
facilitate their understanding of the writing process. The practical
application of the coursework will be the publication of the school
newspaper, "The Current."
Assignments: All students are required to submit two articles for
publication to the editor of the newspaper for each edition. One assignment
must deal with Cathedral Prep. The second must deal with something outside
of school.
