(New Advent) has great links to the Catholic Encyclopedia, Saint Thomas Aquinas' Summa, as well as writing of many of the Fathers of the Church. Be careful, because the Catholic Encyclopedia is the 1918 edition and sometimes doesn't reflect the changes in the Church since the Second Vatican Council.
