About The Teacher
Hello! My name is Cande Crisman. I am a native of northern New Jersey but have lived in New York since 1975. I currently reside in Little Falls. My hobbies include gardening, reading, and spending time with family and friends. I have been teaching Kindergarten at Dolgeville for 32 years and still enjoy it very much. Many people ask me if I get tired of teaching the same grade year after year and my response is "not at all!". Each year is a new adventure with different students and many new activities and lessons. I have found that being a Kindergarten teacher is such a rewarding experience and I honestly can't imagine teaching any other level. My goal is to make learning both fun and meaningful for my students. In return it's also fun for me! I'm looking forward to working with you and your child!

Your children are special, rare, and unique. It is a pleasure to have them in my kindergarten class ths year! It is my hope that all of my students will leave kindergarten at the end of the year knowing the joy and value of learning as well as the power of knowledge. I want each of them to have a love of books and a desire to read for entertainment and to acquire information. They should be happy, feel good about themselves and school, and work cooperatively with others. To achieve these goals, I need the support and understanding of their families. Let's work together to create the best possible environment for your children. This is their time. It is the beginning of their future.
