HELP US TAKE CARE OF YOUR CHILD- Please call the nurse's office or send a
note to the nurse's office to let us know of any change in your child's
health or medications. Be sure to let us know of any significant health
problems such as illnesses, injuries, surgeries, asthma, allergies, seizures,
heart or lung problems, ADD/ADHD, psychological problems, or any change
within your family that could affect your child's learning. We want to take
good care of your child but can't do it without your help!! Also, please
keep us up to date on your new work and home telephone numbers. There is
nothing worse than not being able to contact the parent of a sick or injured
child.
