When can I pick up my child from school for appointments?

You may pick up your child from Evans any time before 3:00. After 
3:00, the school is getting ready for dismissal and we want to 
maintain a safe environment. Please bring a photo ID.

How do I know if there is a delay or school is cancelled?

You can listen to local radio stations, view the district website 
or call 298-5240 extension X199 (the Evans weather hotline)

Who do I call if my child will be out sick?

Please call the nurse at 298-5240 extension 105 or attendance 
ext. 100 before 9am.
