Homework will be assigned directly in Math and sometimes Language Arts Monday -
Friday. Any other assignments that are not finished in class must be
completed for homework. On a normal day, we work on Math, Writing, Reading,
Science or Social Studies and Word Study (Spelling). You should expect to
see work in these subject areas each day. You can find any assignments that
were not finished in class in the homework section of your child's folder.
Your child also should be highlighting in their planner what he/she needs to
finish for homework. If nothing is highlighted, verify that all work
recorded in the planner is accurate, complete and organized in the homework
folder.
