This is my 10th year teaching and my 9th year at Evans. I previously taught
6th grade special education at Van Wyck Jr. High School. My first position
at Evans was 4th grade. After 4 years of teaching 4th grade, I moved to 3rd
grade. I absolutely LOVE 3rd grade. The curriculum is enjoyable to teach and
I love seeing the students grow academically throughout the year.
It is my goal that all of my students become mature, independent, life-long
learners. I will provide them with the tools they need to create
understanding from whatever task they are handed.
