Yes, we have snack daily at 1:25 p.m.

Do you celebrate birthdays in class?

Absolutely! If you would like to send in a treat for your child's birthday 
please notify me in advance so that I can plan for it.  You are welcome to 
join us to pass out the treats or take a few pictures.  I try to schedule our 
birthday celebrations at snack time (1:25 p.m.).

How often do you assign homework?

Once we get used to our school routine, I will begin assigning homework to 
Kindergarten students approximately once or twice a week and to the first 
graders approximately 3 to 4 times a week.  Please note that unfinished class 
work may also be sent home with a note "finish at home" to indicate that it 
was initially assigned in class.
