Dear 6th Grade Parents:
Our trip to Lincoln Center and Jekyll & Hyde Restaurant on February 9 is here
already. An itinerary for the day is listed below:
7:30 AM – Arrive at McKenna
7:45 – Depart for NYC
10:00-12:20– Tour of Lincoln Center and Meet the Artist Performance
12:30 – Board buses for Jekyll & Hyde Restaurant
1:15–2:30 – Lunch
2:45 – Board buses for home
4:30 – Approximate arrival at McKenna
In addition we would like to highlight some important notes regarding the
trip.
Students and chaperones need to arrive by 7:30 AM and should meet in
Cafeteria 115. In order to ensure the students’ health and safety, the
parent must escort any student arriving prior to 7:30 to Cafeteria 115.
Chaperones, please park in either side lot on Roosevelt or Second Ave.
We must have a signed note by the morning of the trip if a student
will be going home with someone besides his/her parent.
In order to ensure their safety, students will be released from the
bus one at a time to parents.
We are looking forward to sharing a memorable experience with the children.
