Important Instructions for Enrollment

1. Make an appointment with the Principal.

2. Fill out the application and send to the office with the non- refundable registration fee.

3. Bring a copy of the child’s birth certificate.

4. Bring proof of immunizations.

5. Every child entering school is required to have proof of a medical examination on file.

6. Children in grades one through eight need former academic records sent from prior school.

7. Children entering kindergarten will be scheduled for kindergarten screening and will be accepted after the results of the screening are reviewed.

8. Book fees and insurance fees are due July l.

9. Tuition is due September l.
