Hi, I am a traveling teacher. You spend the morning doing resource room at
Fishkill. At 10:30 a.m. you travel to Wappingers Junior High to help teach
one period of support in inclusion. That starts at 11:00 a.m. and ends at
11:41 a.m. The other teacher there (Mrs. Riecker) will tell you what to do.
Then is lunch and prep. You do not really have to be back until 1:10 p.m.
Then you will finish up your day with resource room. Leave after the buses.
Here are the plans for Resource Room.
8:50-9:50 1st grade (Happy, Ashwin, Devin and Jamison)
Call phone number 129 to tell Mrs. Elliott that Ashwin is here or
not. Call phone number 128 to do the same for Happy to Ms. Knapp. They come
from the busses. Jamison and Devin come shortly after. There should be a
yellow deck to card and a green one on my desk. Go over those cards with
them. They can play Addition and Subtraction Quizmo. The game will be on
the left side of my desk. Jamison and Devin
leave at 9:40. The others leave at 9:50.
9:50-10:30 4th grade (Nina, Stephan and Marquis)
Call phone number 555 for the group. If they come with any work,
help them with it if needed. If not play Multiplication Quizmo (Bingo) with
them. It is located in the middle drawer on the right. You will have to
open the top drawer to get the middle one open.
10:30-1:10 Travel to Wapp. Junior, teach one class, lunch, and prep.
1:20-2:20 3rd and 4th grade (Domonique, Heidi, and Will)
Call phone number 104 for Domonique. Heidi and Will should come
on their own, but if they do not call 106 for Heidi and I believe 301 for
Will. If they have any work, let them work on it. When that is all
done play the same game as the other 4th graders, Multiplication Quizmo.
Tell them I will give them gum when I get back. Domonique and Will leave at
2:00 and Heidi leaves at 2:20.
2:20-3:20 2nd and 1st grade (Ashwin and Chris)
At 2:20 call phone number 129 for Ashwin. When he comes if he
has any work help him on it. If not have him go on the computer. Double
click the icon that says Milliken on the computer. Click the log in as
guest. Double click on Mathematics-Math Sequences. Double click on Addition
and then double click on computation. Lastly double click on level 26. At
2:40 call phone number 126 for Chris. If he has any work he can work on it.
When Chris is done with any work he brings play the subtraction board game
with both of them. It should be on the left side on my desk.
