Writing Activities
Journaling
Keep track of the special things you do by starting a journal. Any notebook
will do, just date the page and away you go. You can also keep a journal
with your mom or dad, friend whomever!!! You can write to them about special
things, questions or just a nice note. Pick a special place to leave it and
let them write back to you. It's a great place to say "thanks", "you're the
best" or "I'm upset". And you can always read it again and again.
Book Reviews
Have you read a great book? Would you like to share it with people? Send in
a book review along with your name, school, grade and a photo of yourself

Pen Pals
Take a moment and write a letter to a friend, grandma or grandpa, or anyone
else. Ask them a question "What was it like when you went to
school?", "What's your favorite place to go?", anything you would like to
know. Ask them to write back and WOW! you've got a pen pal!!
Be a List Maker!
Help your mom or dad by making their lists. Write down groceries, chores
whatever they need written in a list. You'll be even a bigger help when you
help them buy the groceries or do the chores!!! :-)
