About The Teacher

This is my eigth year teaching in the Wappingers Central School District 
and my fifth as a Fishkill Frog!  I love my job as an Academic Intervention 
Specialist where I get to work with most of the teachers and students in the 
school.

I received my Bachelor's from Gwynedd-Mercy College and just received my 
Master's in Literacy from Mercy College in May.  I moved to the Hudson Valley 
about ten years ago 
from the outskirts of Philadelphia.  I love how beautiful this area is and 
the wonderful people I 
have met here.  I live in LaGrangeville with my family (which includes my 
husband, three step-sons, my 
2 1/2 year old little boy, my dog, my cat, and a few lizards).  Most of all I 
love to spend time with my two
year old son, Sean!

I am looking forward to an awesome school year!
