WELCOME TO ROOM 123
THE FOLLOWING IS A LIST OF SUPPLIES STUDENTS WILL NEED FOR THE 2008-2009
SCHOOL YEAR. PLEASE BRING THEM TO OUR FIRST GRADE WELCOMING ORIENTATION ON
SEPTEMBER 2nd. IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE ORIENTATION, PLEASE BRING THEM ON
THE 1ST DAY OF SCHOOL. HAVE A WONDERFUL SUMMER!
1. 2 yellow hi-lighting markers
2. 20 glue sticks (I will keep extras until needed)
3. 1 marble, composition book (100 sheets, hard cover)
4. crayons (box of 24 or less)
5. 4 pack of low odor dry-erase markers
6. scissors (Fiskars are best)
7. 2 boxes of yellow #2 pencils - please sharpen these - thank you!!
8. 1 box of pencil-top erasers
9. 1 small, handheld pencil sharpener with a cover
10. 4 sturdy pocket folders (Please get the following colors - green,
yellow, blue, red)
11. 1 pocket folder (any color/style)
12. 1 box of washable markers (8 ct.)
13. 2 large boxes of tissues to share with class
14. 1 small supply box (to hold crayons in desk)
15. 1 box zip lock plastic bags - (gallon or sandwich size)
16. 1 container of antibacterial wipes
17. $4.50 for Scholastic News
18. 1 bag or box of snacks to share (ex. - pretzels,crackers, goldfish)
On-going supplies
1. a daily NUTRITIOUS snack (no drinks or juice boxes please)
2. a water bottle for hot days. Pop-up tops are best.
