We  have been so busy with assessment and reports have finally gone home! 

There are so many dates that we need to mark on the calendar. I will try to list them all here...

           Kindergarten time    is      from 1:25 – 2:05PM

We will be planning some water fun days in June.  As it gets closer I will check weather reports and let you know when those will be.

This week we are reading Elmer the famous colorful elephant. What a darling story to have as an anchor book for the week!!
 This week we are learning the sound /e/ as in the word “elephant.” Please have your child practice this letter and sound. Ask him or her to tell you the names of things that start with the /e/ sound. We are spending two weeks on letter “e” because it is a difficult vowel sound.

We are reviewing our “popcorn words.” In the boxes, are some words for your child to practice reading to you.
