My intention to become a teacher comes from a love of learning and a love
for children. I want to help my students grow and succeed. I believe that
every student is capable of learning. As a teacher, it is my job to meet the
needs of all my students and make sure that they are learning.
Everyday I look forward to working with my 2nd grade class. I have many
plans for a fun-filled learning environment that will allow my students not
only to succeed, but also excel. We will be reading lots of new stories,
writing our own stories, and learning new spelling words. I am eager to get
to know each of my students better, and work with them to make this school
year the greatest! I work hard to become partners with my students' parents
in order to assist them in their child's learning, growth and development.
I love my job and I look forward to having a very rewarding and successful
year.
I believe every child has the right to learn in an environment where they
feel safe.
I believe children learn by making mistakes, therefore mistakes are to be
celebrated!
I believe every child is smart, we just need to find their smartness.
I believe all children need to learn to respect the likeness and differences
in one another.
I believe that change is to be experienced!
I believe children learn by example.
I believe children learn by doing, messing up, and sharing.
I believe parents and teachers need to work together to help a child grow.
I believe that everyone learns by making mistakes, it is the environment of
the mistake that helps one learn.
I believe children are wonderful!
