Dear Parents,

        Theme: Farm

This week we will be learning about the farm and farm animals.
Please send Thursday folders back to school as soon as possible and any paperwork that we need.

Please LABEL all jackets and sweatshirts with your child's name or initials.

If your child is full day....please make sure that he or she has the proper outdoor gear.

Important Dates:
May 1--Summer Uniform begins
May 5--First Friday Mass
May 12--Muffins with Mom 7:45 to 8:15
May 17--Spring Concert and mission day
May 24--Mission day for $1.00 wear red white and blue to support troops
May 19 --Noon Dismissal
May 26-29--NO School--Memorial Day weekend

Summer uniform begins so your child may wear the uniform t-shirt and shorts to school.  Children should be wearing black or white sneakers with white socks.

If your child is NOT buying hot lunch anymore or not buying on a particular day, please let me know because you will still be charged with the lunch unless a note is sent in to indicate that your child is NOT buying anymore.

Please remind your children to leave toys and jewelry at home.  They become a distraction during the school day.

The end of the year can be very many things are going on...
Muffins with mom---Please fill out the sheet that will be sent home if you will be joining your child for a muffin and drink to begin Mother's Day weekend.

Our annual class picnic at Bowdoin Park will be June 2nd.  Please read the information that will be sent home and return any necessary paperwork.

As we enter the final quarter of the school year, the warm, sunny days can become a distraction to our little ones and they may spend longer hours outdoors, so please continue to ensure a good night sleep so that we can continue to have days filled with lots of "bright eyes and bushy tails."

Please let me know if your child will not be attending our Spring concert on May 17th.

The Pre-K students sponsor the mission day on May 24th to support our troops.  Please send in a dollar on this day and have your child wear red, white, and blue.
