DUE WEDNESDAY, APRIL 1:
Public Speaking Project. You will be graded only on how you present your speech. Remember to
practice practice PRACTICE. Your speech needs to be between 1 to 2 minutes long. Remember to
introduce the chapter you are using, explain the theme of the chapter and how Randy Pausch learned
that lesson. Then, tell us a story from your own life in which you learned the same lesson. We are
looking forward to hearing your speech!
FRIDAY, APRIL 3:
Vocabulary Quiz--The Last Lecture, Chapters 28-58 (These vocabulary words can be
found on the last three vocabulary worksheets you have completed. They have the following pictures
on them: a man walking on the moon, a penguin, and a happy face.)
