PARENTING- JOURNAL EANTRIES-11/30-If you could design your own charity for 
pregnant women and infants,what type of services would you offer? Who would 
be eligible for your services, where would you be located?
12/1-The old saying goes, "It is better to give than to receive."  How would 
you feel as a parent if all of your holiday time was taken up worrying about 
how you were going to give your children what they wanted?

Do you agree? Would you rather dump someone or be dumped? Which do you think 
is more painful?
12/3-Describe your BEST childhood memory.  Was it a special holiday or 
birthday? Where were you and who were you with?

umbrella inside? Do these things and terrible bad luck will ensue, according 
to many people.  Sometimes, even if people scoff at superstition, they will 
still avoid walking under ladders...just in case.What is your position on the 
matter? Are you a superstitious person?

would you rethink? Why would you make a different choice? What would it 
change in your future?
12/8-A mother who radiates self-confidence vaccinates her daughter against 
low self-esteem. How do you feel about this quote?
12/10-During the Middle Ages courtly love was considered the highest form of 
love.According to the principles of courtly love, jealous people can't 
love:boys don't love until they reach the age of maturity; easily attained 
love doesn;t have much value as hard to attain love;lovers always turn pale 
in the presence of their beloved.Do any of these principles apple today?If 
you could write your own principles of love what would they be?
12/11-Is there something you wish your parents knew about you?Is there 
something that you would confess to them if you could?(You do not have to 
explain what it is)How would you tell them if you couldA?(Time and place)
Would you feel better if they knew?
12/14-Bad habits range from nail biting to overeating to procrastination. 
What are your bad habits? Are there some you feel you can live with and 
others that you you would like to stamp out altogether? Why?
12/15-You answer a knock at the door and find a delivery guy holding a 
package for you. You open it and find...what? Describ ethe best package you 
can imagine receiving.
12/16-To the naked eye it looks like junk, but you know it is precious: the 
beat-up stuffed animal you slept with every night as a kid, the raggedy 
baseball mitt you used in Little League, the tooth you couldn't bear to throw 
away after it fell out.  Choose a beloved object from your own childhood and 
explain why you feel sentimental about it or treasure it so much.
12/17-How do you define hero? Do you think fame is an important component of 
heroism, or do you think most heros are unknown? Is there anyone you know 
personally whom you consider a hero? Why?
