This will be my tenth year teaching Biology at John Jay. I have also taught
in the Medical Technology Program at Marist College.
I also work as a Medical Technologist at The Mid Hudson Medical Group on
weekends, during the summer and on "days off" during the school year. I work
in the Microbiology, Chemistry, Serology, Immunology and Hematology part of
the MHMG Laboratory.
I am a mother of two wonderful daughters Christina and Kimberly who also
attend(ed) the WCSD. I am a graduate of John Jay High School myself and I
am very happy to be back as a teacher. I love my job and enjoy my students.
To maintain a comfortable learning environment which supports
creative and independent thinking, yet working together as a team to
open up our minds to the wonderful world of biology. Putting your
best effort forward, believing and having pride in yourself and
supporting one another will add much fuel to your future success in
learning and in life.
