Welcome,
Thank you for visiting Mr. Guay's 11th and 12th Grade English website! Here
you will find information pertaining to class assignments, the class
syllabus,and day-to-day needed information. This site will serve as the
backbone for the course. Remember: not all homework will be posted on this
site and it is up to the responsibility of the student (especially if he/she
has been absent) to make up any work.
In the "Handouts" section, you will find the course syllabus and important
handouts given throughout the year.
In the "Calendar" section, you will see major due dates for course projects.
Make sure to check this often. You are an upper upperclassman now, which means
you need to be responsible for staying organized and up to date.
In the "Blog" section, click on the number corresponding with your grade.
There you will find an active dialogue all students must participate in. This
type of assignment mimics those asked in college and most 21st-century
careers. All students are required to post comments based on class discussion
and/or literature addressed.
