When is the Regents Exam for Global History and Geography?

June of the
sophomore year with a Regents Exam. Two years of information for

How can I contact Mr. Panzer?
Call (845) 298-5100 x148
Email: michael.panzer@wappingersschools.org
What makes Honors different from a standard Regents class?
First, the level of expectation and achievement. Students must
maintain an
85% average throughout the year to remain in honors. Second, the
amount of
work is also increased, i.e. homework, projects, book reading,
etc.
Why doesn't Mr. Panzer accept late homework?
Students have a week to complete 1-2 meaningful assignments, so
there is
never any acceptable excuses. Students are expected to learn and
deal with
responsibility. Every homework missed is a point off the final
average for
the quarter.
How does Mr. Panzer do averages/grades?
Currently, all grades, i.e. tests, quizzes, papers, DBQ's, etc.
all count
the same. Why? Everything we learn is of equal importance and
thus
students
need to study for everything. See question #4 for homework.
Does Mr. Panzer speak any foreign language?
Yes, I can speak and understand Portuguese.
Has Mr. Panzer ever been to Africa?
Yes, I was in Mozambique in the summer of 2007 and, yes, I plan
to go back!
Has Mr. Panzer always been bald?
No.
Does Mr. Panzer really read as much as he claims to?
Yes.
