1. Introductions –

2. New Members– Welcome by President Bossert and the benefits of membership in the PTA: voting privileges, FREE Admission to all our events, online business discounts. We are also adding another movie night , a reading night and a family dinner night.

3. Treasures report- $7,502.00 

4. Proposed Budget and vote –  approved

5. Proposed Calendar of Events and Vote - approved

6. New Items from the floor—

                                i.            Motion to include HS in our bylaws so seniors can be eligible for PTA scholarships. seconded and vote approved.

                              ii.            Suggestion to have a local music band do a show at the Elementary school. Information will be given to the PTA within the week on how to book a show.

                            iii.            Suggestion to have the Fall pictures more like the Spring pictures with poses.
