Approximately forty new students attended Breakfast Orientations on September
29 and 30, 2009. The orientation was hosted by the KMS Guidance Counselors,
the school psychologist, the school social worker, the school nurse and
members of the Friends of Rachel Welcoming Committee. Students enjoyed a
healthy continental style breakfast and participated in group activities to
help them become more familiar with their new school and classmates.
Our 5th to 6th grade oreintation will begin in the Spring with several
different opportunities for both parents and students to experience and
learn about Knickerbacker Middle School.
