TUESDAY Sept 25, 2007:
In Class: Completed Notes on Chapter 4 from pages 58-66. Review the
different functional groups, as they are very important. Know their name
and their molecular formula. I highly recommend making flash cards which
have the names of the groups on one side and their molecular shape or
formula on the other. You may also want to include the highlights of their
characteristics.
During the lab period, we gathered items to be used for Lab #1: Osmosis
and Diffusion. Lab Assignment for Thursday is to have read Parts A, B, and
C of Lab #1 so you are prepared to perform the steps in those parts of the
lab.
