Task

If we do not learn anything from horrible disasters such as Bhopal, they will 
happen again and again. 

We are all about to embark on a fact-finding mission.

You will be assigned a role to research. During your research always keep in 
mind who you are supposed to be. Do you think this will affect the “facts” 
that you uncover?
 
OUR TASK IS TO AGREE ON A SERIES OF STEPS THAT COULD BE TAKEN TO PREVENT 
SIMILAR EVENTS FROM OCCURRING IN THE FUTURE.
