Where does my child go on 1/2 days?

     Periodically throughout the year the children are dismissed 
early. Please see the district calendar for scheduled 1/2 days. 

     On 1/2 days that only the AM class attends your child will 
be dismissed at 11:30. 

    On 1/2 days that the PM class attends in the AM your child 
will go to his/her PM Kindergarten homeroom class for the morning 
session and be dismissed with the rest of the school at 11:50. 

    If your child participates in the AIS Kindergarten program, 
he/she will attend the AIS class on 1/2 days when the AM is in 
session and his/her PM Kindergarten homeroom class when the PM 
attends in the AM.

Should I send in a snack with my child each day?

     You should only send in an individual snack if your child 
has a food allergy and the school nurse has been notified. 

     Periodically parents will be asked to send in 
a community snack to be shared with the whole class.
