The School Social Worker is experienced in helping families deal with school issues such as attendance, poor grades, discipline concerns, learning difficulties, relationships with peers, problem solving and conflict resolution. Family problems such as abuse or neglect, divorce or separation, trauma, serious illnes or death, violence, substance abuse and homelessness are other issues that the Social Worker may help with. Ms. MacCarthy can provide support and resources to students and their families.
