"Fun Fitness Experiments"

See if you can ... Do as many curl-ups in 60 seconds! (make sure you use a mat and arms are crossed on chest)

Do a good push-up! (remember to keep your back straight, try on your knees first)

How about a mixed up push-up? Cross your hands when you try this one!

Run or walk a mile! Walk a mile in under 15 minutes! Walk with a friend or family member!

Touch your toes without bending your knees! (a slight bend is okay)

Run 50 yards as fast as you can!

How many baskets from the foul line can you make out of 10 tries!

Pretend to sit in a chair; with your knees bent sit with your back against the wall. See how long you last? (Which muscles work the hardest for this one?)
